Parsec Marketing's CEO operated previously in New York's Hudson Valley. Parsec Marketing is owned and operated by professionals who have been in the web design field since the mid-1990s, including the developer who was contracted by the New York State Workers' Compensation Board to transition its paper forms to electronic format and create a system for processing the Workers' Compensation claims stemming from the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center in 2001.
